Portal usage during COVID-19 isolation
We wanted to take this opportunity to remind you that at Ezetax, we have a secure online Portal system which we use and provide to you for FREE via our MYOB Accountants Enterprise software which we use for the preparation and lodgement of all of our client documents with the Australian Taxation Office and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
We also use it to collaborate with you from any device and it even allows us to take a digital signature approval for lodgement of your documents.
During this isolation period with COID-19 be rest assured that we can still "do business as usual" via this Portal and that all documents sent and returned to us via this means are secure.
Many of you have already taken full advantage of this Portal but for those that haven't we wanted to highlight the 3 simple steps to follow to gain access to your Portal from any device.
"If you are not already a MYOB user, on first time use you WILL need to sign, up NOT sign in! This is FREE software for Ezetax clients. Simply use your email address that we have just sent the invite to, to create your login and then create your own unique password! Remember to write it down in a safe place!"
The document that you have just approved will now appear in the Documents Tab for future reference which you can re-view or download to print, at your leisure.
